Refund and cancellation policy

Transparent billing terms: Self-serve cancellations • No volume or partial-cycle refunds

We aim to make managing your MailBlaster subscription entirely straightforward. This policy outlines how billing renewals operate across our tiers, self-serve cancellation steps, refund restrictions, and exception requests.

Monthly subscription plans and Stripe billing

MailBlaster offers Free ($0/mo), Starter ($29/mo), and Unlimited ($99/mo) plan tiers. Paid tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis in advance through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your payment method will be charged automatically every 30 days unless canceled prior to your scheduled renewal date.

Self-serve subscription cancellation

You have absolute control to downgrade to the Free tier or terminate your paid subscription at any time directly through your self-serve workspace dashboard:

How cancellations take effect

Navigate to your Account Settings > Billing & Plans tab and select downgrade or cancellation. No lengthy support chats or phone calls are required.

When you cancel a paid plan mid-cycle, your cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing period. You retain full access to your existing sending volume quotas, verified domains, and premium features until that renewal cutoff date.

No partial-period or sent-volume refunds

Because server infrastructures, dedicated email sending reputations, and volume quotas are reserved immediately upon subscription activation, our standardized billing terms apply:

Non-Refundable Usage Conditions
  • No partial-period refunds: We do not issue prorated refunds or billing credits for unused days remaining in a monthly billing cycle after a voluntary cancellation.
  • No refunds for utilized sending volume: Under zero circumstances can refunds or fee reversals be issued for subscription billing cycles during which broadcast campaign email volume has already been processed or sent through the platform.
  • AUP suspension forfeitures: Accounts suspended or terminated by administrators for violating our Acceptable Use Policy (such as high hard bounce rates or sending to scraped/purchased lists) forfeit all eligibility for refunds.

Support contact path for billing exceptions

We recognize that technical anomalies or accidental billing occurrences can occasionally arise. We will review exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following verified conditions:

  • Duplicate processing charges resulting from system payment gateway timeouts.
  • Accidental renewal billing reported within 48 hours of the transaction timestamp, provided zero emails were transmitted under the new quota cycle.
